This unique educational program accelerates the careers of aspiring themed entertainment professionals. Over 10 months, participants work in teams to design a themed attraction with area development, responding to a fictional client brief. It’s not a competition but a practical learning experience, supported by mentors from across the industry, weekly educational sessions, and events at manufacturers, expos, and themed destinations. Participation is free, ensuring accessibility to all.

As a coordinator, I help ensure the day-to-day operations of the program run smoothly while focusing on its ongoing evolution. This includes developing partnerships, organizing events, and supporting marketing efforts. This work is a collaborative effort alongside Laura Marakowits and Emma Bashford.
